Charlotte is a registered clinical psychologist from the United States who moved to New Zealand in 2023. She has experience working in a variety of settings including community mental health, psychiatric hospitals, corrections, residential treatment settings, and private practice. 

Charlotte works with adolescents (ages 15+) and adults. She is passionate about helping young adults and women who are struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. Clients often come to Charlotte feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed, and looking for support handling those emotions. In therapy, Charlotte aims to help her clients learn skills to manage their feelings, improve their relationships, and build confidence.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioural principles, and she incorporate aspects of dialectical-behaviour therapy, mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, and motivational interviewing. She believes in taking a collaborative approach with her clients to ensure that evidence-based services are tailored to address specific individual needs.

She is registered with the New Zealand Psychologist Board and a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society.

In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog for adventures, dancing, and yoga.

Fees:

Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $220 +GST

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $180 +GST
