Making a claim with your health insurer

Some health insurance companies will cover a set number of sessions.

Clare and Nikki are registered providers with Southern Cross who may pay a portion of the fee, depending on your level of cover. Some EAP services may provide you with a number of paid sessions through us.

Reminders and cancellations

You will receive a reminder of your appointment the day before.

There is no charge if you cancel within 24 hours of the booked date.

A fee may apply if you cancel a session on the day or if you don’t attend without notice.

However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen things happen and we do aim to be flexible.

*Invoices that are not paid following reminders may be subject to debt collection and associated costs.
