Nicola is a Sleep Psychologist who works online with people of all ages.
Many people have trouble with sleep, whether that’s difficulty getting to sleep, struggling to get out of bed in the mornings, or bedtime battles with children. It can be frustrating and exhausting when you’re not sleeping well. Relationships can become strained, work performance can suffer, and it can feel really isolating. Without good sleep it can feel like everything is falling apart.
As a psychologist specialising in sleep I can get your sleep back on track. We will work together to investigate what’s maintaining your sleep problem, and find solutions that work for you. I use a range of techniques known for improving sleep, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, Coaching, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I help people of all ages with sleep, from babies to older adults. I also have many years of experience working with people with neurodevelopmental conditions like autism and ADHD, who often have real difficulty with sleep.

Nicola works exclusively online because she supports people all over the world and travels throughout the year. This means it is easy to schedule appointments at times that work for you.
Appointments are available throughout the week, including some weekends and evenings.
