I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2005 in the UK, and specialised in adult mental health work. I moved to New Zealand in 2009 and worked in a variety of Psychologist roles within the Auckland District Health Boards (Te Whatu Ora). I began my small private psychology practice in 2010 and have been fully in private practice since 2020.

I work with adults (aged 18 and over) experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, worry, stress and depression. I specialize in anxiety issues and enjoy helping people to overcome their anxiety and gain skills that will be helpful for life.

I also offer clinical supervision for psychologists and other mental health professionals.

I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and am a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society and the Association for Contextual and Behavioural Science.

I can help you with:

  • Worry and stress

  • Depression and mood issues

  • Emotion regulation difficulties

  • Compulsions and obsessions (OCD)

    (I do not offer couples therapy, ACC assessments/therapy, workplace assessments or Court reports).

My overall aim is to help you become your own therapist and teach you to use a range of skills to benefit you throughout your life. I pride myself on being approachable and easy to talk to.
